We've been wanting to work with Andy for a while now, and are thrilled its finally come about.

Andy, along with his partner Sam, were pioneers of quality hospitality on the Peninsula, as owner, operator and head chef of the Age Good Food Guide ‘Hatted’ restaurant the LONG TABLE in Red Hill for 15 years. (2003-2018)

Now Andy is showing his skills for sourcing fresh, local and seasonal produce, as Head Chef at TROFEO ESTATE Dromana

Your booking is for 1.75hrs
This Ticket entitles you to a seat at one of our share tables.
This Ticket Fee is a holding deposit for your seat, and will be credited towards your event purchases.
This Ticket Fee will be forfeit for any no shows or cancellations/decrease in numbers less than 24 hours of the booking time.
