Ange's Notes
Born in Lima, Peru. Trained in South Africa (Chef) & Sydney (Patisserie). Diego Cossio is a local Mornington Peninsula Chef.
He has travelled the world working in highly celebrated venues including Michelin-starred establishments such as The Ledbury in London and Whitegrass Restaurant in Singapore as well as Gimlet, Marion Wine Bar, Quay and Tetsuya in Australia.
Currently working as a Senior Sous Chef at one of the Peninsulas premier restaurants, he also runs a side hustle with his children, baking bread and selling it door to door on weekends.
His cuisine centres around fresh, seasonal produce, often from his own vegetable patch, fruit trees, or foraged locally.
We are looking forward to tasting EVERYTHING Diego has to offer - especially his dessert counter.

This Ticket entitles you to a seat at one of our share tables.
This Ticket Fee is a holding deposit for your seat, and will be credited towards your event purchases.
This Ticket Fee will be forfeit for any no shows or cancellations/decrease in numbers less than 24 hours of the booking time.
