This time Marty is breaking out a SEAFOOD BBQ Expect oysters, whole calamari, and grilled sardines, to name just a few of the tasty morsels on offer for Martys second turn as GUEST CHEF at Independent Wine Store.
Since Marty last took on the challenge of our mini-kitchen for our 12th Birthday things have have gotten a little busy. Marty and his partner Amy have opened The Carpenters Ruin in St.Kilda. Basically – a small pub, with the same polish and enthusiasm for great service you'd expect from Marty & Amy. And watch out for the relaunch on TONK

This Ticket Fee is a holding deposit for your seat, and will be credited towards your event purchases. This Ticket Fee will be forfeit for any no shows or cancellations/decrease in numbers less than 24 hours of the booking time.
