Domaine Fazi IGP Île de Beauté Rosé 2024, Corsica, FRA
Saline & crushed rock minerality. Citrus lead fruits with zesty grapefruit notes & persimmon. A crowd pleaser that will have your friends and family asking, where did you get this? You’ll be drinking this Rosé all the way through well into 2026!
Bruno Lafon ‘Les Fleurs’ Grenache Blanc blend 2023, Languedoc, FRA
Smells like spring, grapefruits & fresh cut white flowers.
The palate is fresh & mineral with a salivating line of acid. There’s texture & vibrancy, a slight pithy phenolic character, a dusting of chalk. Green apple, greengage plums, grass & vegetive notes. Could sip this wine all day long.
Minim Fiano 2024, Heathcote, VIC
“Deep Straw to a pale amber coloured with aromatics of baked apple, marzipan and honey. A subtle oxidative character on the palate, balanced with energetic green apple acidity. Herbaceous, citrusy and with serious depth.”

Italian Plastic Super Glou 2025, Multi Regional, SA
Malbec, Montepulciano, Sangioveses & Merlot.
This wine is all about drinkability and accessibility.
It’s so expressive, a kaleidoscope of berries, red, blue, black with splashes of cherry and plum. Some gentle tannin and refreshing acidity keep the fruit in check.
Lightly chill or don’t, share or don’t.
Côtier Pinot Noir 2024, Multi Regional, VIC
Maraschino & black cherries. A little smoked tomato, wild green herbs & an earthy mineral note. The palate has medium tannin & acidity with good mouthfeel & weight. A savoury palate with Amaro qualities & umami. Cranberry, black cherry, a smattering of brown spices, autumnal & damp earth. Great drinking.
Rouleur ‘Ronda’ Nero D’Avola 2024, McLaren Vale, SA
"Think jubey red cherry, with a hint of candy overlaid with varietal spices and tilled earth too. There’s no new oak, but bright acidity and ultra fine tannins giving the wine a serious edge in a fun package. As a wise man once said “this could the perfect pizza wine.”
