Bulman Grenache Rosé 2025, Barossa Valley, SA
Spice and all things nice. Pretty and lifted aromatics entice the senses for what’s next. A truly great Rosé, slips down so easily offering up layers of complexity to boot. Summer berries, watermelon, a smidge of orange rind, a little savoury edge, all wrapped up with gentle talc like tannins and refreshing minerality driving it home.
Quinta do Erminio Electrico Loureiro + Trajadura 2024, Vinho Verde, Portugal
A frisky white blend of Loureiro & Trajadura from the renowned Vinho Verde DO.
A little kiss of CO2 in the bottle bringing a touch of spritz and pure energy (Electrico).
Crunch of green apple, lemons and limes with a mist of orange zest.
The perfect wine to wash down some oysters.
Fighting Gully Road Verdicchio 2025, Beechworth, VIC
Fermentation in stainless steel followed by extended lees aging in Oak barrel for 12 months. The result is a wine of freshness, great texture and complexity. Nutty and savoury undertones, fleshy stone fruits and hints of citrus all with a lovely saline mineral finish.

Box Grove Negroamaro 2024 $35, Nagambie, VIC
Vibrant, crunchy and fresh. Showing off red and black fruits and blue plum. There’s a lick of white pepper, a little herbal bitterness and a lovely savoury mineral finish. Think the perfect partner to tomato based dishes, quick grill bbq or a backyard pizza (thank you Paul).

Orbis Tempranilllo + Grenache 2024, McLaren Vale, SA
Tempranillo 75% Grenache 25% - A great wine to transition from Winter into Spring. Medium bodied with soft plush fruit. Cherry, blueberry a little raspberry a little garden herbs. Some gentle oak brings roundness and spice finding balance with a savoury and mineral finish.
