J Navascues 'Cutio' Macabeo 2022, SPAIN
Made from Macabeo, the 2022 White Cutio Macabeo-Cariñena is a charming, pure, and expressive wine. On the palate, it is finely chiseled, fresh, and refreshing, yet remains smooth and full-bodied, with a long, elegant finish.
This is a complex and nuanced white, perfect with grilled fish, paella, or seafood.

Marlow Chardonnay 2026, Mornington Peninsula VIC
Gentle citrus, florals and spice aromatics. The palate is lightly oaked retaining the wines freshness and verve. Once again we see citrus from the lemon varieties, as the flavour profile nudges from green apple towards nectarine and white peach. There’s a lovely line of acidity and minerality which makes the wine equally at home on it’s own or with food.
Sven Joschke Wines ‘L’Ambre’ Skin Contact Blend, 2025, Barossa Valley SA
Pedro Ximenez 52%, Semillon (37%), Muscat à Petits Blanc (11%)
The three grape varieties are vinified separately, each seeing varying skins contact times, pressed and racked to Stainless Steel and Neutral Oak.
Blended and cold stabilised 1 month before bottling.
Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimum sulphur.

Henty Farm Pinot Noir 2025, Henty VIC
Subtle flavours with a hint of cherry and grainy hebaceousness balanced against fine tannins.
Hand picked from a carefully chosen block within the vineyard, the wine is partly whole bunch fermented to build flavour.
CRFT 'The Schmidt Vineyard' Mencia 2023, Vine Vale - Barossa Valley SA

”Wild-fermented mencia from Vine Vale. What a thing! A really delicious red, lipsmacking with its ripeish raspberry, sour cherry, cola and cranberry flourishes and neatly tied together with malty wood elements, pepper and minty herbal notes. Sloshes nicely in the palate, a supple flow through a long finish, tidied up just a touch with some powdery, gummy tannins. Really easy to like this.”
Solum Shiraz 2023, Pyrenees, VIC
"Single vineyard, organically farmed site, handpicked, wild fermentation, on skins for 14 days, french oak maturation for 14 months.
This wine is made with minimal intervention, all movement of wine is slow and gentle using traditional wine making techniques.
Nuances of blackberry and fennel seed on the nose. The palate is medium weight with pronounced flavours of sichuan pepper and blueberries that makes for a long and elegant finish.”
