Torre Zambra Bianco
50% Pecorino, 30% Passerina and 20% Trebbiano
A delicious aromatic wine showing fresh tropical notes, minerality and a touch of nutty savoury complexity.

Nova Vita Chardonnay
Stone fruits and grilled nuts. Creamy complexity with oak spice and a gentle lick of acid. Very tidy.

Domestique by Rouleur Carignan
Sappy green herbs.  Cherry and red berries, cola nut.
Child hood memories of toffee apple lollies & cranberry.  Almost feels sweet but it’s crunchy, tart and fresh with some notes of green herbs, sage. Perfect with a gentle chill on those warmer days.

Hickinbotham Pinot Noir
A light and savoury style of Peninsula Pinot.  Strawberry and cherries with soft drying tannins, a touch of undergrowth and spice.  A style that is sure to please.

M.Chapoutier ‘Belleruche’ Cote du Rhone Rouge
Grenache and Syrah a happy little marriage.
