Marty Webster is a Melbourne based chef, who has worked at some of our favourites. He opened The Walrus (St.Kilda) in 2024, and in recent months he has been instrumental in the development of the soon to (re)open local venue TONC (Bittern) - a show case for Garagiste & Range Life wines.
Marty has prepared our 12th BIRTHDAY menu as a snap shot of some 'Walrus' favourites, plus Special Treats just for our Birthday feast.
Terms & Conditions Your booking is for 1.5hrs This Ticket entitles you to a seat at one of our share tables. This Ticket Fee is a holding deposit for your seat, and will be credited towards your event purchases. This Ticket Fee will be forfeit for any no shows or cancellations/decrease in numbers less than 24 hours of the booking time.
